The Electronic Circuit Breaker System - Power Hub streamlines the electrical wiring of experimental aircraft while providing the pilot with enhanced control over the airplane’s electrical system. This advanced system integrates solid-state circuit breakers and a smart trim controller, simplifying installation and reducing the overall complexity of the electrical system.

The Power Hub replaces traditional mechanical circuit breakers with a solid-state design that allows the pilot to monitor, configure, and control each circuit breaker via standard ON-OFF switches or through compatible EFIS systems. With built-in safety features such as current monitoring and overload protection, the Power Hub adds an extra layer of safety and convenience during flight.

Simplified Electrical System Installation:

The Power Hub significantly reduces the complexity and wiring needed in an aircraft’s electrical system. It consolidates the functionality of traditional mechanical circuit breakers while allowing for greater control and customization. Each circuit breaker can be monitored, configured, and assigned to one of 24 external analog switches, making it possible to manage multiple breakers with a single switch. In case of an overload, the circuit breaker will automatically disconnect and trigger a warning on the EFIS.


Built-In Intelligent Trim System:

The integrated smart trim controller provides precise control over pitch, roll, rudder trims, and flaps motors. It automatically adjusts trim speeds based on airspeed to ensure smooth and safe operation, and features a safety system that disables trim buttons if pressed for too long. Flap positions can also be preset, allowing for more accurate control during various phases of flight.
